You may recall that back in August of last year, we told you that the largest-volume Hummer dealer in the U.S. was adding a gun store to its showroom to keep foot traffic up. Now, Lynch Hummer wants to send the recently shuttered brand off the American way, with a free shotgun with every Hummer purchase.
"Hummer inventory got so low we had to add another product to make up for lost sales. The guns have been a huge hit with our Hummer customers and now we are taking the 'Guns and Hummers' concept one step further," said dealer owner Jim Lynch.
We're not talking about any sporting goods store special here, either. Lynch Hummer will be giving buyers a Browning Citori White Lightning, a twin-barrel over-under style shotgun available in 12, 20, 28 and .410 gauges that typically retails for about $2,000. Buyers will, of course, still be bound by all applicable gun laws, including those that apply before a gun purchase can be made.
"There is now real reason to believe that the current inventory on hand at dealers may be the last of the new Hummers, we wanted to send them off with something memorable," said Lynch. "Browning and Hummer are prestigious brands and American Icons - bringing them together is a natural fit."
In addition to being the highest-volume Hummer dealer in the nation, Lynch Hummer also offers a 60-acre off-road park for potential and existing customers right behind their St. Louis, Missouri, dealership. Lynch's plans for the gun store and off-road park after Hummer inventory runs out aren't known.

You guys are just jealous, i'd love a hummer and a god damn shotgun, it'd make killing hookers so much easier, my hands are getting sore off choking them to death.
