Someone in this thread already had a crash and that was most likley caused by the inproper crack. Consider yourselfs lucky that the inproper crack have worked so far for you, but it will crash if it calls the inproper code so OFCOURSE a proper crack was needed.

The funniest people are those that say "it works fine here" and therefor a proper crack isn't needed. Very Happy

pcgames release is just fine......ive playd all day long and no single glitch/crash here.

Those who have problems with PCGAME release, try this.

Goto "GameData\Movies" and delete NVIDIAIntro.avi.

PCGAME didn't work for me, neither did VNG, so I decided to try deleting that file as it's at that point the game was crashing. After that both releases worked just fine.

PCGAME works fine here too.

What is it with Vngs attitude? jesus i wish their was a scene ban in place for such retarded petty squabbles, though that would never happen.

I have the pcgame version and i installed the game just liked they say in the nfo but when i try to start the game says i ve insterted the wrong disk Sad


EDIT: Whoops never mind copyed the wrong .exe (stupid stupid me)

still messes up for me after i quit the game. also, on the main menu i get a nice flashing checkerboard pattern and a giant red square flickering behind the main menu. (both vengence and PCGAME rls) first time i've had problems with the nov2004 nvidia drivers.

I tried the vegeance release, the game crashes at exactly the same place. Then i went back and it appears that the game itself is bugged, there is a enemy stuck in a wall everytime i quick load my game. I guess this enemy stuck in wall bug is causing the crash. So the swgame release is likely good. I'll restart playing the game tomorrow Sad

[edit] just replayed it, now it doesn't crash beyond the point. So the cause of crash was a bug in the game self Exclamation
