This kid will prolly have a bright future still two things bug me.
He tries to be a one man band, in doing so he plays the most important tones but leaves out many others. he should def. try to become part of a band/group.
The pace of his playing is off.

No he doesn't, look @ Tommy Emmanuel, he's an awesome player. And the arrangement can be different for each song...
