Here tax service usually don't give a damn about small amounts, they wait till they accumulate to a bigger amount Very Happy That way they could charge with something along the lines of "intended tax avoidance in a greater amounts for prolonged times"

You entered it in your bank account?

They have systems that track this stuff. All the money going into your bank account is visible to tax services.

They also monitor things like PayPal (PayPal in fact hand over your details and information to the hrmc when you go over the 4.5k a year balance on your PP account) so unless your dealing drugs you have no other means to get the cash for the work you did overseas (most of my money comes from overseas). Only options are paypal and bank transfer.

why the fuck would you not declare ''additional income' if it is that low? In belgium you can have 700 or so in nr4 i guess it is (job income/house thingie/something else i cannot remember/additional), which is untaxed. Even in belgium, where the tax system is ultimately complicated, they let you get away with small amounts, but you need to declare them.

Dunno how it goes there. Anyway, if you get caught cheating in belgium, you can negotiate your fine Very Happy

No friends that are lawyer, finance consultant, working @ tax department or so, maybe even the bank clerk can help. Always keep those relationships alive, always comes in handy Wink
