Think I got all files that will differ from just unpacking the archives before Steam has a chance to update them, one smaller arc archive and the rest of the binary files.
(EXE, DLL and so on.)

They're the 0-day patch files for the game or so I think, probably they won't serve a purpose if whatever release will be available already includes these. Smile

SteamUp works but I can't provide the game files, don't have that kind of upload speed unfortuantely but we should see it out in a couple of hours regardless I think. Very Happy

EDIT: Nice introduction but if you'lve played the demo you know how the game is, not much else to say about it than that. Smile

50 - 60 FPS most of the time, everything on but only 2x AA and I use a 22' screen so 1680x1050, dropped a little below 50 when I reached the city but that's sort of expected. Smile

EDIT: ATI 8.712 driver (10.3a) with the profile application beta installed.

I'm probably going to do a lot exploring, check out parts of the map beyond demo's. Practice some stunts and just have fun. And on Thursday I'll go buy the game. One because it's a really good game, and two I'm Swedish. Smile

Steam://Install/8190 worked to install the data, SteamUp (on a separate account.) took care of the release date check within Steam.
(Launching the EXE directly didn't work unfortunately.)

Some new images focusing on the city and the grapple.
(Civilan vs lamppost, sadly not pictured here, tethering objects can be great fun!)

EDIT: I don't take no for an answer. Very Happy

No. He used regular Steam to install the game, and he uses SteamUp to play it. He's bought the game.

Yeah I'm one of those who ends up buying most of the the games I enjoy, looking forward to a crack even so to detach it a bit from Steam.
(Would love to see Ubisoft's DRM taken down as well alongside EA's, not a fan of it even though I like the games.)

So basicly, u can only get it when u pre-orderd it for now?

And if so, is it possible to pre-order -> pre-load -> cancel pre-order -> play with steamup ?

Sort-of, a few hours from now though there should be a release, of course that is just a guess but it's nothing but Steam on the game and that usually gets removed quite quick and even patches are more supported now.
(Seeing Metro 2033, AVP3, Supreme Commander 2, Napoleon Total War, Dawn of War 2 Chaos - which also used LIVE in addition to Steam - to name a few recent titles that used similar stuff.)
