Is there an application of some sort or anything else that boosts your website on search engines? Makes them crawl up the ladders on search results? So they could get onto the first search results page?
I knew there was one years ago but I have forgotten what it was called, i'm just helping a friend out.
Beside the standard SEO, like optimizing your meta data and make the site search engine friendly you should get yourself into all the web catalogues by using a search engine submission service. The good ones are mostly not free but really worth the money since most important for ranking in google is having links to you. But do not sit and wait for it. It will take a long long time until you see changes. Its just about 4-6 Months to get out of googles sandbox.
