not really press passes are packed  and they use camera equipment to track down people. it`s lol when i went to see when men stare at goats they had two guys walking around with them night vision shits looking for people lol

yeah it's tense. really tense. you know a scare is coming up but it takes time to build up.
really well shot. gore is nice. and has some comedic lines that just work for their cliche bs.

quiet earth primarily focuses on the post-apocalyptic genres, so when it comes to films of that area, i tend to take their word over random dude on teh interwebz
not that they're infallible though.. they thought 'otto up with the dead' was a good film.. which was one of the worst wastes of time i've ever had in my life

they thought a lot of bad movies were great and a lot of good movies were bad
district 9 got a lower score than day breakers... lol

wait, what? zombieland better than sotd? in what way? in what way is that even remotely possible?
that being said, i have QE on my firefox bookmark bar because its a pretty handy place to see what new obscure flicks are around... but i dont read their reviews.
(edit: just had a look at their zombieland 'review'. total fail.)

uh, yea, i thought zombieland was horrid and consider shaun the second best zombie film ever (after original dawn)
it's not one guy though.. there's a bunch of reviewers so views differ
they sometimes do two or more reviews of the same film if there's disagreement

I was actually not too impressed with this movie.
I wanted to see them fighting hordes more than just the occasional skirmish.
And some of the stuff, just didn't make any sense

why didnt that helicopter blow up the car wash?
And perhaps the worse line in the movie, "A brain hemorrhage? It HAS to be a virus!"

I would like to see an uncut DVD or Bluray with more gore.
I am not saying it was horrible movie. It just didn't live up to my expectations.
Neither did Zombieland so meh.
Dead Set, Shaun Of The Dead are still the 2 best movies I have seen of this genre in a long while.
I'd give it a 6/10 with hard lean toward the 5ish side.
Still holding out hope we will see a great World War Z screen adaptation some day.

supposedly it has better audio while the picture quality is about the same
