How can I make this menu ?

insert a swf file into dreamweaver?any easy way to make that drop down menu over that slideshow ? and the banner ?
i have to make a webpage and i want to do something like that.Along those lines.

I'd rather stab myself in the eye than use Flash to create a website.
If you are looking for excellent CSS menus (flyout, transparency, everything you can think of, the works): http://www.cssplay.co.uk/menus/

flash just makes problems...ppl not having the player installed, search engines, web accessibility (screen readers) etc. i'd really only use it for err..."flashy" websites
you could just as well achieve the menu and slideshow with a bit of javascript/ajax

dumb q : how can i download those menus ?a lot of them don't have links
