Take a deeo breath.

Try holding your breath for 10 seconds

Now exhale.

Take a deep breath.

Feel the air as it enters your lungs

Remember to breathe deep breaths taking all the air in you can

Slowly exhale the air

Take another deep breath.

Now try holding your breath again.

Okay now you can leave the thread, but remember to breathe. Smile

See if you can breathe during the next hour without it being a conscious effort, the mere act of reading this and being made conscious about your breath can be enough.
