I listed a game on eBay and within the auction itself, it states on the P&P page the prices (free) to post to UK addresses. I have not included any info on shipping outside of UK.
Now, somehow, someone from Portugal has won my item. What can I do about this? He has provided a portugal delivery address but clearly from my auction I am only offering to sell to UK.
What should I do? How can this be handled?
fuck it, i've just sent him an invoice for the game + £7 delivery charge. I'm 99.9% sure that in my settings, I only ship to UK. So this guy must have a UK account or something.
If he refuses to pay, what happens then? Can I get it re-listed for free from eBay? Will I have to pay fees?

If you specifically listed "Ship to UK only" and he ignored that, winning your auction, you - as the seller - will be protected by eBay if he refuses to pay shipping or otherwise kicks up a fuss about your charging for shipping.

i didn't specifically write that, but in the P&P costs the only option is shipping to UK...

a) he pays extra for delivery. just because you didn't list any fees for outside UK deliveries doesn't mean it's free
b) he's a bitch about it-->report to ebay and sell it to the 2nd highest bidder

Lesson learned then (not too many 'get' the hint if you just put P&P for UK alone)! But yeah try what bushwacka said.

well i checked my settings and it was set to UK postage only, only visable to UK people on UK site.
So I asusme his account must be a UK one. With the weak pound I guess he's trying to cunt people off.
If he doesn't pay i'll report him, but really dont want a negative feedback... Am I right in saying I cannot leave him a neg either?

I'm pretty sure it doesn't work like that - my ebay account was originally registered in the german ebay (and asshole ebay support won't change the system emails I get from german to english, I almost exclusively use the UK ebay now) and I can browse the UK only listings just fine.
Don't drop him a negative feedback just yet - at least not until contacting him about it first.
