There isn't anything wrong with that post. The usb loader itself isn't illegal. He isn't requesting a pirated release or serial number.

I don't know the best answer to that - I grabbed the ultimate wii mod kit by ninjauk from usenet. Not sure which loader it has, need to test it. I would hit up gbatemp or wiihacks forums for better answers. There are a handful of people that have modded Wii's here. I am guessing the faster response would happen at one of the other sites though.

Configurable USB loader is the best. Ive been using it along with my 1TB hard drive. Refer to the gbatemp link already posted for it.

I prefer this loader over configurable usb loader as well. GX is sweet.
