It's also Assassins Creed like with all the climbing and hiding in safespots, just not as smooth.

I think the same. Just except map I wonder when in this game will not be some FPS drop this game will be above average.

I'm playing with a HD4850, everything on max, 1440x900. The game's very smooth, I don't have problems with the map (I don't use it much though).

Finally playable,game's awesome NOW
I just unlocked the Terror sniper rifle by getting the last 4 line-up kills just outside the starting point/strip club,go left and you'll soon see 2 nazis on the sidewalk guarding a gate,pretty easy to line them up with a sniper rifle from far away so they can't see you,then backtrack and talk to the first weapon black market dude so they respawn and repeat
It doesn't really feel like that bad of a port if we skip the bad controls (using F1-2-3?didn't we have enough keys?no mouse scroll for weapons?) and the occasional FPS drop,it's really enjoyable and fun so far and I'm enjoying going around blowing up stuffs in a disguise or sniping someone then relocating out of the danger zone to snipe someone else

You can fix the full map overlay problem by running the game at a 1280 by whatever resolution. Kind of sucks on a 24"-30" monitor, especially with no AA, but it beats not having proper access to the full map.

You have to climb to the 4 specific spots (weak points) where the charges must be placed and press mouse1 when you get to each of them.

I know.... but i get there, and i cant select the damn bombs.....
I blow up a bridge on a mission, without any problems....
Now i cant select the damn bombs, its grey out.

Just re-installed this after getting the patch and initial impressions are extremely good.
Must say but I'm a sucker for a GTA style game.

is it possible to keep saves after re-install? I've patched and still have this huge fps drop.

Pre-patch it was completely unplayable so I have no pre-patch saves. So not sure.

I reinstalled twice now, not paying any attention to my saves, and they're still all there, so as long you don't manually remove them from My Documents, you will keep all your saves.
Still sad about the damn map though... it only works correctly when I set the resolution to 1280x800, instead of 1680x1050... which makes the game very 'blocky' and ugly. But at least I can see where I'm going now.

How to get that perk with the 4 train bridges, where are the bridges (and bear in mind that my map doesn't work). I have the bridge destructo kit.
Can I just sit in a car and follow the train tracks around?

Like AC, you can climb anything and anywhere... but the climbing ACTION? It's a bit "meh" compared to AC - worse that you have to keep tapping the space bar to move to the next hand-hold 
. Try to lower it a bit. Worked for some people.
