I think it's a matter for the brits to decide and they will never let go of the one reminder of their Empire. Even if it means going ga-ga goo-goo over the antics of those turd-buckets they call princes. Okay that William chap seems a straight-up guy but the point is that all that attention is undeserved because they're not extraordinary or something.
And as for the countries that still have the monarch of England as a figurehead queen, wtf is wrong with you? You still long for those nostalgic days like those brits? Grow up and be your own country already!
The biggest idiots are those former colonies that are members of the 'commonwealth' which is an organisation that serves no other purpose than to remind them how huge the British Imperial cock was and how far it was up their black/brown/yellow asses.

The Monarchy in Norway is totally useless too, they don't (their word) care much for politics either :/
Their only job is to represent Norway... but well, we got a prime minister for that!
But guess it was fun for them to get a visit by Obama.. woho...

You lot are so sad, you see nothing outside of yourselves and your blinkered vision.
The British monarch made more money for the UK and the Commonwealth in twelve months than the next ten top charities, (ALL of which goes to charity) made in five years.
The Queen, the head of state binds the UK together in a way that no president ever can.
