So, My girlfriend recently cheated on me and i decided to join the Gym. Emotionally im all over the place and i take out my anger at the Gym so im looking for some good Gym music. Im currently listening to Saliva and Limp Bizkit which is helping but im looking for some other bands or groups similar, like hate rock. LM - My way is one of my fav's at the moment. Any suggestions?

avenged sevenfold nine inch nails deftones gravity kills bullet for my valentine korn that's my gym playlist for the most part, apart from the more upbeat rock and electronica stuff sucks to be cheated on, but at least you focus your anger on something productive. good decision

Slayer's "God Hates Us All". I know its not good as their earlier works but damn that album gets you pumped up also check out Warbringer Bonded by Blood
