As long as it has English audio that's fine by me.

Can confirm that this release is all in English: Pandorum.R5.XViD-DELETHiS

Some aspects of the film didn't make much sense, but overall I enjoyed it and would give it 7/10. I especially liked the twist at the end.

Yeah I missed some stuff to. But it is interesting that they planned to do this as a cheap direct to dvd movie and now it had a 40.000.000 budget Laughing

But it seemed to be a flop @ the boxoffice Sad Better marketing wouldve definitly helped.
Lets hope that this movie does well on dvd so that this genre wont die slowly...

Just saw the movie and I have to say, it could have been a LOT better... BUT it was none the less good and well worth the watch. It has some clichés sure, but the general feel of the movie just works. It's not even close to scary or anything like that, but it is enjoyable, just don't expect a scary movie.

7/10

I'm still waiting for a proper Dead Space movie though...

Didn't like

- The lighting (I know it's dark but the viewer has to be able to see something)
- Pacing of the story (The way the story unfurled)
- Characters (Didn't care for that Bower chap, Quaid spent most of the movie doing pretty much nothing, Trinity said hardly anything and Oriental guy was an obvious Redshirt).
- The uglies (In a sci-fi/horror movie the creepy-crawlies have to be scary which they weren't).

The sci-fi/horror and especially the monster-on-humongous-ship is my favourite movie genre but this movie disappointed on most points. Sad

Your right with everything you said but I still enjoyed the movie Smile That's why it only got an 7/10 from me, it could have been much better! Especially the pacing Sad I'll still recommend it to sci-fi and action/horror fans Smile

I wasn't over-analysing or nit-picking. These were the things that were really bothering me WHILE I was watching it and that means that I was not engaged enough by the plot or the action to overlook them.

And the story in general had potential to be a rewatchable movie like Event Horizon. The visuals were just not there to create that atmosphere. The sets looked verrrry cheap. Dark hallways and air-ducts with a bunch of tubes really doesn't cut it. They really love their tubing don't they. Razz I guess $40 million just doesn't go that far these days.
