So they say, but there are talks over on AVforum that they are starting to threaten 50mb users with Letters stating that if they persist in excessive use they will be switched onto a throttled service or forced to pay an added fee :/
This shit really fucks me off, why advertise as unlimited 24/7 if its only unlimited for 45 mins a day. Sounds so much like false advertising to me :/

I'm happy with my 20 MB connection which i top all the time on full speed and where i have no caps at all 
Not even download limits

I have 20meg also i just download the biggest files in the day or weekend no capping, even when capped i get 5-6 meg so not too bad..
Yea good luck on the phone line bb, i 'd get a max of 2 meg on sky,bt ect where i am so being capped to 5 or 6 meg between 4-9pm doesn't seem too bad compared..

If your close to your local exchange yes, but for alot of people their not. my mate across the road was on sky and got max 2 meg.. they told me i'd get max of 4meg.. bollocks
But if i was close and got 20meg i'd switch definitely, atm with vm i get 23meg average on 20meg package..

the fair usage policy has been spreading fast/roll out for a while now, the new tools being used buy an outside source is behind alot of the traffic sharing stuff etc etc and monitoring.. This was originaly mentioned by gordon brown and co even before he was made PM..
I never used to get capped with what i leeched on bt but in last 6mnths its been up and down all over, only to find with a phone call other day that even though im on unlimited option 3 package i get a cap of 100gb a mnth leeched..
THe worse thing is and at least i think virgin media do it on daily basis, is..... bt if u go over that 100gb use they cap you in peak time to 1.2mb from 5pm to 12pm and its for 31 days before they release it..
Now that fucking made me go mental other day when I found out and had to make some calls hehe.... she lifted the bar this once and i now use a rough guide with a usage monitor cause being capped that amoung of time peak periods for a whole mnth is fucking rediculous..
This works out like 3.333gb a day max use for me to hit my cap... lols... ok if i surf and not leech its fine of course, but why not just say, ok look cap me peak times to 1.2mb and ill downoad after midnight when its back on till next evening but charge me less for the privalidge eh.. fuckers...
its not so much i found the game downloading as i dont get too much in a mnth like that, but its the fucking streaming of youtube and so forth lol that seems to be the worse cuplrit... annoying i like my stuff on youtube ... Now i goto be careful and its blows..
