Yeah, I really don't give two shits about the extra items. What I want are the DLC's that actually add in gameplay.

At levels 7 and 14 I think you can choose those (that's only the level prerequisite - there probably is some questing or something to actually unlock some of the specializations).

So that's what Umbra.dll is for, some optimization middleware.

If the Dragon Age community will be anything like the its predecessors, you'll have all the DLC you want and then tons more via 3rd party fan mods. Bioware made this game fully modable and im sure the communities are going to be taking advantage of it. Generally the 3rd party fan mods are much better then DLC.

Vsync in this game seems pretty demanding. With vsync disabled I have 60+fps and with vsync enabled fps varies between 40-60. Screen tearing in this game is especially noticeable for some reason so I'll have to stick with vsync enable and settle with less fps. Mad

Weird... I already have a Bioware account (with all my Bioware serials tied to it) and an EA account, so when I try to login on the Bioware Social Network, it finds my account and asks for additional information. I fill in what options are there, and I get this;

Quote:

Some fields were not filled in correctly; please try again

There are no fields left to fill in, incorrectly or otherwise :-\

=Edit=

Seems I'm not alone..

Try forcing triple-buffering.

If there is an option called triple buffering, enable it, that will fix the vsync (on the cost of video memory).

Ah well, it's a site glitch that will no doubt be fixed. I can login to my EA/Bioware account INGAME (I got my Journey's DLC) but I wanted to add points for buying the DLC, which requires the site login. Meh. I'll just wait.

In the NFO.

Just open it in Notepad, or install a pure NFO reader like DamnNFO.
