I download the Forza Motorsport 3 xbox360 Dcomic version but haven't play it online, the fact that it hasn't been verified on abgx360, I'm kind wary playing it online so I was just wondering anybody got ban playing it on live?

Yeah, but wasn't that because they were playing it too early? The ban was lifted on the 23rd, the day of the European release..

Most if I remember became permanent bans ( 2999 ) and eventually not just the account , but console was banned

I didn't hear of any consoles being banned. I thought that it was only accounts.

and i played early
the game verifies just fine (allstars release)
only dvd 2 has a bad DMI
empty...

yeah my mistake apologies , heard about other profiles from the same machine being banned on xbox360iso , best not using that as a source of info
But seeing as it was the dcomics rip that was only affected ,I'm guessing they will be console banned in the foreseeable future

I imagine that this will be the case. I can't see MS taking the account ban step and then not following through with the full system ban at the next ban wave. That's just not how they operate.

Alright, cool. Was just curious since my buddy got banned recently, and the DComics release of Forza 3 is the only thing both he and I have played online that has not verified or been released by one of the more "common" groups (like Dagger, CCCLX, RRoD etc...)

DComics release is verified if that makes you feel better, but as current ban wave proved verification is meaningless. People who verified every single game got banned, so...

Any other achievement-junkies here? I've been plugging away, making my way towards 1k on Forza for a while now but damn it is getting tedious, I've got something like 50 events left and they're all in the annoying segments - world tour, factory spec races and so on.
I really wish they would have done something to mix things up a little more. Weather and day/night cycles would have done wonders. Also I would not at all have minded if they would have put actual endurance races in there, a one hour race is not a fucking endurance race. In my opiniion, for the next Forza, remove some of the repetitious races and add some 3-4 hour enduraces with the possibility of shifting weather and the need to actually be a bit tactical when it comes to pitstops.
But oh well there's no use in complaining. Least of all on this forum 
Anyways, anyone else relatively close to 1k yet?
