Micheal Moore's Capitalism: A Love Story?

The movie is pretty much invalidated when Moore was asked if Capitalism is so bad what would you replace it with? His response: Democracy.

DUUUUUUUUUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH x 10,000!

Capitalism = Economic System
Democracy = Political System

Two totally different things. Dolt and Grand Stander.

Capitalism is BY-FAR the lesser or MANY evils on this planet. Geez.. Maybe we should do what China or N. Korea does and adopt COMMIE-DOINKISM and then see how that works out? Granted, Capitalism breeds corruption but f**k we're humans, bro.. Humans no matter what are corrupt and imperfect so no human system of governance or trade/economy will ever be utopia. Roll with it, byatches.

Moore does bring up some points but totally bombs it at the end thus making the whole docu-drama pathetic and misguided.

Haven't seen the movie yet and I'm not in the mood for arguing but China is probably the most capitalist country as of now.

How do you rate "most" capitalist. I could argue that sweden and norway are the most capitalist because all the social programs are funded by taxes, which is money generated in the economy.

I'd say all countries are socialist because money doesn't mean anything anymore, it's not like there's a gold standard or anything. It's 'in god we trust'.

Yeah we see where capitalism got us reagan/bush lower taxes = decline in jobs and benefits for everyone. Let the richest of the rich have more money, and everyone else gets poorer. Clinton started reversing that, till we got W who is a mental midget and is sold out to corporate america.

making more than one thread about it and getting your last one locked, should have told you that nobody here has the magic to provide you with the movie. BUMPING the old threads wont help either!
So please, no more bumping and no more new threads, ok?
