Don't think it's K. It does'nt really fuck with your balance, just makes it awkward to move around. The amount of K it would take to reach his state would have you so deep down the K hole you wouldn't notice a.. big sign.

when you drink a lot, the alcohol gets piled up in your stomach
so when you decide for example you had enough (after already taking in a lot) and go to a store to buy more for consuming at home, you might find yourself being drunk all over sudden
no shady drug involved in here
