ok so i was sleeping after a rough day at school and i suddenly wake up punching the other side of the bed ( wall ) with my fist, man what the fuck my hand now hurts and it bleeds like hell , i dont even know what i dreamt .

Most of my dreams are violent and I often punch and kick in my sleep. I've put my fist through a window because of it and have punched my wife several times extremely hard.
