I would never buy PS3 as a primary console. It's OK for a few exclusives.

Nah, if anything I submit it's the other way around.
Perhaps if you can put up with clattering fans, rrod's, noisy drives and heavy controllers then a 360 sounds a good idea but overall the PS3 is far superior.

Don't get me wrong I like some 360 games and have both consoles but when is all said and done; free online, high quality workmanship, awesome media capability and stellar exclusives has to make it the unit of choice at least for me.

I respect your choices though.

ps: i am interested in perhaps getting a joystick for Battlefield 1943 are there any good console sticks?

afaik you've only got 2 options: thrustmaster HOTAS and saitek aviator, the latter supposedly being superior. but i think it comes down to your own design preference in the end, both are good sticks.

+1 x360 first (as there was no PS3 at launch time, no brainer there) PS3 a year later (sat gathering dust till killzone2/ LBP/MGS4, awaiting its resurection for Drake/GOW) Wii a bit later (sat gathering dust) No advertising.

it seems that the developers has maxed out the PS3 hardware wtih this game, it surely will required use with Speed hacks,even with Super Strong CPU if there will ever be Emulator for the PS3 "Fuck Denuvo" Your personal opinions != the rest of the forum
