Nah, they are usually tourists or students. Many Brits in Poland though, and I am friends with some of them.

This is not racism. Poland is 99.9999% white, so why would there be a black person in "representative" picture of what organization in Poland looks like. The only thing funny here is shitty photoshop instead of using a different photo.
