welp there definately appears to be a block for the black and white scenes. i dont know how to change it but it u check line 3772bc with a hex editor it reads env kill black and white toggles. im not good with hex editing, only hex browsing.

just got a patched xbe that claims uncensored. i will not tell where i got it from nor will i accept requests to recieve it, but i will post a majority of the nfo.
What: fixed xbe for xbox version of the punisher
Why : because censorship blows
Who : shan
How : just replace your existing default.xbe
So here it is, the full uncensored version of The Punisher. Rather than releasing a "M" and "AO" version, they just decided to go with the Matur

Hmm, im not trying to get banned but , I could post the values to change so you can remove the filter....
Got this from another board........
"open up the default.xbe in a hexeditor and change
location 0x38BD48 from "01" to "00"
