Just wow, I feel a bit fucked up in the head right now.

Dad has been bugging for a while now to sell him my -68 Plymouth Satellite and I have been telling him no pretty much until a week ago.
I don't know how the fuck I came to the conclusion it would be fine to sell it. I was sort of ok with it aswell until it was picked up about an hour ago... How can a car make a person so fuckin emotional???

Sure I'm piss poor basicly, can use the cash, can use the cash I save by driving a normal car (Which I'm going to buy tomorrow) but fuck, this isn't anything to do about logic, fuck logic, I fuckin hate buying/selling cars based on logic and refuse to do so from now on.
I have never done that in the past, I always buy/sell/trade whatever I feel like even if it isn't the smartest choice and now I made a big mistake...

I thought this was the only place I could vent in without being regarded as a complete lunatic for being emotional about a car...

I don't think I have ever had that kind of emotional bond with an object before, but it's not like it's gone, you sold it to a family member. Maybe you can see it on weekends?

I feel your pain, when you put much work and effort into something, and it serves you, you become attached. It's not just the money, but your own sweat and sometimes blood..

I still miss my '92 AZLK Sad
I had made so many modifications on the drive-train, it left a good number of Golfs with open mouths in it's rear view mirror..

well.. you'll inherit it back eventually.. Cool Face
