Wow it's a total rip-off of El Ministerio del Tiempo 
Athough generally there is nothing wrong with rip-offs, morally and legally-wise, as most of creative works are based on others' works BUT here circumstances are truly condemningg.

Three months later, Sony proposed a deal to produce an American version of El Ministerio del Tiempo.
One month after that, it was announced that NBC was developing Time (as Timeless was originally titled) with Kripke and Ryan — at which time Sony, the suit claims, cut off its talks with Onza. |
I watched the first season of the original and it was pretty nice. Although I wish it had a higher budget.
Anyways, I'll give Timeless a try coz of Abigail

Status unknown.
The show was ok, nothing special. The pilot and the baddie were the best characters.

The last episodes from the season were....nope...not gonna tune in for a second season if they decide to do another. Nice idea, mediocre execution at best.

well i keep watching it, saw ep 11 earlier, some good ones till now, the season one villain is awesome indeed; but i dont think we will see another season since the show didnt shine for the americans and with every episode shot in a different time period - probably costs a shitload of money
