Watched it in cinema when I was 7 or 8... between 1985 and 1987?
1) The movie had a Mad Max in city-future look with lots of motorbike chases in the night, bikers wearing futuristic suits and black helmets. Bikes were the rally ones, not speedroad.
2) IIRC, there was an evil woman, one that she looked like Diana from V the TV series with a white leather dress? She had her arms crossed making an X with long painted nails in the poster I think.
3) someone from the good guys turned into a bad guy/woman because the former evil woman had psych powers of some sort? Or it was an evil corporation turning ppl into zealots?
It scared the shit out of me back then, IIRC it was teen-rated but I wanted to see it by the looks of it and my grandma brought me in. We went out of the cinema because I couldn't stand it
tricky thing about memories is that you might be remembering 8 or 9 different movies
i dunno, i thought i knew what it was, but i dont think it was that.. in my stumblings around, i found a movie called city limits? its futury and has an evil corporation in it, and bikes and its around that time?
You're totally right, I'm still wondering if I didn't mix up
FWIW, this wasn't it. It looked more shiny and sophisticated aesthetically... what I remember was happening in the night, and I remember that after the motorbikes went through some buildings smashing glass and metal, the white-dressed woman with a feline hairstyle stared at the camera and crossed her arms like the poster, making an X while showing her menacing nails and turning very, very evil. That's when I left.
Poster was like this, showing nails
with someone looking like this

I don't know what your movie is but the very same thing happened to me with my grandma when she took me to see Superman at age 3, I started crying during the Krypton destruction scene (so yeah didn't even last 10 minutes in there) such a vivid moment that I still remember
yeah I'm sure nostalgia kicks my nuts and consequently this movie will be shit but nonetheless, feels good to remember those moments and feels better when you find it!
Another moment I treasure is when my aunt took me to see The Jewel Of The Nile (1985) and I was so shy about sexual stuff that when Kathleen Turner and Michael Douglas kiss I covered my eyes with my hands and tried to get under the seat
From your description City Limits is the closest one. Here are other movies from the 80s with motorcycle themes but they are not as close to the description as CL was.
Anyway there are some pretty awesome here:
2019, After the Fall of New York (this looks awesome)
Vamp (looks awesome)
Chopper Chicks in Zombietown (Troma so you have some top notch quality here)
Easy Wheels (Sam Raimi plsu Bruce Prince Campbell)
Deathsport

Hahahaha I had a similar awkward moment in that movie with my mother and my little sister in that slightly sexual scene between Douglas and Turner
Don't come tell me now you also went to the theater to see Amadeus with a gang of friends and that you turned the whole place into hell for the adult people watching
Found it after sweeping a shit-ton lists on the web.
A global TV network of the future tops its rival's hit, 'Kill Bike,' with the gladiator-type game show 'Battle of the Damned.' (Yeah, the predecessor of Schwarzenegger's The Running Man!)
1) Instead of a woman with the looks of V's Diana it happens that I was scared because three creepy whistling guys raid a flat and turn the woman living there unto herself. Surrealistic murder. She had her arms raised, showing her hands full of blood shile she's decessing. No nails, no crossed arms, no glamour haircut.
2) Motorbikes appear because some 21st century tv show about gladiators killing themselves is happening at the Rome's Coliseum
As @chiv guessed, my memory was mixing things up after 31 years, and as @4treyu pointed out, childhood magnifies things
Thanks all for the suggestions, if you're a sucker for this kind of stuff I recommend you watch this pretentious psychotronic italian film! It even cues the Edgar Allan Poe's pendulum.
