Rent a seedbox. They offer good transfer speeds and don't monitor your traffic. Then set up a VPN server with encrypted connection on the seedbox and have your friend connect through that when downloading/browsing illegal stuff.
The only risk involved then is that the seedbox provider reveals your data. But that's as secure as it gets unless your friends wants to use anonymous sim cards + hotspots for downloading.

how is that even possible. must be torrent or some other p2p stuff.
why are people still using that? even on private trackers...
whats so wrong about filehosters? i don't get it.
everything available, fast, no need to upload anything and ur ip is not seen by everyone.

Ta - ill copy/paste your reply for her |
For someone to be that bothered today and a female with this it seems very odd that you would paste info to her about seed boxes and encryption. I take it she must be savvy then with the internet etc, and if so it surprises me why she would have to ask a 3rd party
Just read a bit peculiar thats all

10€ for Filehoster A, 5€ for Filehoster B....12€ for Filehoster G...
I'm glad I'm still on Usenet, there everything is at one single place and will stay there for 1000+ days, yes 80% of the stuff has crypto headers now but I got (free) memberships on boards and nzb sites for that. (Trackers are not an option because of my abysmal upstream)

the logic is very simple though, you pay and reveal your identity as from day 1

I used usenet for years, but lately all the good series got removed before i was able to download them.
Now i use torrents for movies and series (it's much better than i thought) but i don't want to download games/applications from torrents, maybe i'm a bit to paranoid of virus problems.

if u download much u need a account that's for sure.
but if u just download like 2-3 series a week, 1-2 games and lets say 5 movies per month u don't need anything. zippyshare men, alsways 5mb/s for free...
u just need to be fast and ofc only new released stuff is available that way.
still better then uploading stuff to people and exposing my ip.
and isn't usenet even more then 10 euros /month?

And you don't pay your ISP? Just pay with bitcoins.

Yeah, Zippyshare is fantastic.. it's another of those "not many uploaders use it" scenarios though. Unscrupulous dicks profiting from piracy prefer to use pay-per-click hosts >_>

Stay away from public trackers is all she needs, and even then there's not much risk in Belgium. That being said if she's afraid of ISP's giving data records away in the future: seedbox suffices with the encryption going on and most don't keep records of their clientele.
If she's not convinced... I've been downloading/uploading stuff from 1990 till 2012 in Belgium and never had a prob and in the last years that was a TB or two of data a month
Guess she got scared because of that bust of that guy/group that was offering most if not all Flemish stuff on the internet. But that was more because he was A. too big to not notice and B. too stupid because the use of social media and such. Some think they are bulletproof and can do whatever I guess
Oh and... don't monetize on the stuff. That's where they have 0 tolerance for.

Speaking of which, does anyone know sites like these:
http://purchasepremium.com/
that actually, you know, work?
Haven't tried that one but they have a bit cheaper prices that on the file host (something like $9 vs 9€). I'll probably go with the original host anyway, no chance of getting scammed there.
I think

wat
I didn't buy anything from there yet, I'll probably go directly to the hoster but was just checking if anyone here knew a site like that but that was, you know, reliable and up to date

Sorry
Really depends on what she wants to DL
If it's mainstream stuff then a private tracker would be enough. Moderately secured but you'd probably have to keep a ratio or donate ( aka pay) for some UL credit.
