Can't moderators change pretty much everything already besides adding or removing site features and the like?
(Such as a new forum section or updating the source code.)
I don't know though but that's what I thought but I was probably wrong.
(Perhaps all you have is a [ban] button next to the [ignore], [quote], [quick quote] buttons.)
EDIT: Oh right didn't one of the moderators say something about how they couldn't ban by IP?
(Or was it IP range?)

No we have very little "power".
MRT and co have been AFAIK for a while now.
We need IP ban powa', and the ability to do more admin like things like manage the forums, the thread prefixes, etc.etc.
And no, banning is a pain - you have to be in a thread, click a button at the bottom, then enter the username manually...

That's why you need phpbb3 and elite moderators with almost admin powers and regular moderators with simple banning powers
