You could always vectorize it, tho for decent results I suppose you'd need some dedicated software and not those crappy online solutions. Might look good too with some of those filters that you commonly have on emulators - are there plugins or anything for Photoshop example that'd do hq4x and such?

You either crop the pic to get the proper aspect ratio, leave black bars to the sides or fill it with something.

Seems like it can be vectorized relatively easily by someone who has time, and then export as a larger image.
