What you should really be looking for are high quality fans with a high CFM airflow.
More fans give you more potential generators of turbulence, which can keep hot air from going where it should, lingering in the case instead of leaving. Less fans with a higher CFM will result in a much more constant and smooth airflow.
Look for fans with high static pressure ratings as well, you get better performance even if the CFM is lower.

this is just some fun little side project. I've access to a fully equipped atelier for the next couple weeks (and i mean full. big machines, small ones etc etc) so i'm trying to have some fun lol.

you should try a project with a fridge for cooling with a fan drawing the cold air out and through the pc case, like some proper diy server room chiller
