Well the title is pretty much self-explanatory but here's a more detailed description:
I need to be able to use some key (let's say CapsLock) mapped to some function in a running software while working in another one.
Like team speak I guess - whichever window or app you're in push to talk will work.
Anyone heard of eat? Spent half an hour googling but the keywords give to much unrelated results.
