If 20 minutes long, I would watch this while waiting to get out and take my sub, tram or bus, just to kill some time.
But I can't stand Neil Patrick Harris, so it depends on his screen time.
Also, MacFarlane is funny, but when his jokes are put in an unrealistic/nonsensical setup (family guy, american dad), otherwise it could become one of those repetitive, predictable and irritating comedies, the kind of show that you only watch highlights of on youtube.
Time will tell!
