jeeeeez!!!!
i'm using outlook 2011 for mac.
i'm also using my default gmail account for email -and everything else- in the office. this account is configured to work in imap
now, the main problem is that outlook is synchronizing ALL of my 5 years old e-mail, about 60.000 emails and downloading ALL of them to my outlook.
I just don't want that. i only want that it downloads my recent mail, from 2014 only, for example...
is there a way to do this?
my other question is that, if there isn't an option to do the previous stuff, and have to download my 60.000 emails -about 20 GB-, and after that, I delete them from outlook and my laptop, will they be also erased from the gmail server?? i don't want to loose them, i can't loose them.... but i don't want to have all of the in my outlook, in my laptop with VERY limited space.
any possible solution? this is just annoying and turned to be highly frustrating for me
