It goes down pretty much every night. The Community works 50% of the time, the other time it loads slow as shit. Can't access your inventory or see anything in it. Sometimes only half the inventory loads. Often the site is down as well. Steam used to be good, but now they are almost like YouTube, pos that goes down all the time.

Yep, pretty much. It's like they stopped giving a fuck these days. Just did a tracert to www.steamcommunity.com cause it was working like shite, and guess what all the hops are ok until it reaches .valve servers. Then it either times out or it's like 4000ms ping.

you know why is steam piece of shit?
origin average download speed: 30mb/s
uplay: 25mb/s
steam: 3mb/s
I must wait two hours for something which can be downloaded in 10 minutes. I am working with their support to fix this shit, so far they had like 4 nonsense and not working ideas.

Well that is the thing, they somehow think it's 'confidential' data.
When you know certain processes or inner workings of a company, but lack the details and you ask they go 'Oh shit' and act like they are guarding state secrets.
Usually helps if you can get hold of anyone other than support or people on the floor.
Frustrating to have to deal with that tho.
