Just wondering if the majority of people eat dinner on Sundays. For some reason (bad economy back in the day maybe?) people here usually don't eat dinner on Sundays unless there is something special planned, having people over etc.

For all I know it might be totally different in other countries(?) Smile

Of course Wink Coffee and homemade cookies etc. was common when I was a kid. Think its a thing of the past for most families tho. We just eat some slices of bread... kinda boring. But Norwegians eat kinda boring tbh

Here lunch is the main meal of the day.Lunch IS dinner. Between 12h-14h. Then nothing, unless we have cakes/cookies/pies in the late afternoon/evening.

Doesn't have anything to do with the monetary situation. It's just the way things are here.

Wouldn't see why not. I can skip dinner once in a while but that has nothing to do with the day.
Dunno if it's a thing here in Sweden, my girlfriend and her family just has dinner like any other day at least. Smile

When it comes to food, at ixi's house every day is Sunday and every meal is an epic dinner grinhurt

This is the #1 perk of being a poor mofo who can't afford the rent anymore and is living with the ol' folks again. My biggest fear is that I'll reach the 90kg mark before the summer. I should resume my sportsy activities soon, before it's too late Laughing

Depends what neck of the woods you are from, i'm assuming your from England, southerners call the meals of the day Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner where as us northerners call it Breakfast,Dinner,Tea.
