It's been going on for over a year and a half now. There was an article in German mag GameReactor with a box cutout stating SoA HD was coming, then Sega goes and renews the patent................ and nothing since.
Also, on ports, Treasure posted a message on their blog about 12 hours ago saying that Famitsu will be doing an aticle on their Steam port of Ikaruga, and the game will be released "soon". Soon is still rather vauge, but it's nice to see an update on this games release.
