- Sony announced they will launch the PSP in South Korea on May 2. The PSP will be available only in Value Pack, the price is 328,000 Won (US$323 or 34,465 yen).

- Sony Computer Entertainment Korea will cooperate with the Korean internet service provider Zugang to provide wireless access points for PSP at Internet cafe and other locations across South Korea..
