This is the only PSP game that looks good to me, its to bad it wont have a "tilt" style gameplay though, like some of those GBA games have.

No, I mean like some of those GBA games have where they have this motion sensor type thing built into the gamepak. And then you just tilt the GBA in the direction where you want the thing to go.

well sometimes its just a shitty reviewer... Like in "TV Guide's" they review the films that are on TV for the week and usually Funny good films only get 1 tick out of 4 or some get a X for dreadfull when actually they should have 4 ticks or 3... I bet the film reviews for TV guides are old people George W Bush - '...more and more of our imports are coming from overseas.'
