well rebooted laptop to apply updates, now suddenly it's really slow loading windows, stuck on "please wait" for like 15-20 min, "configuring windows updates" about 2% per 10-15 min with barely any hdd activity happening but the hdd light nonstop being on...
please don't tell me another fucking hdd died on me... this one lasted shorter than my ssd which i even use more if it really broke...

Nah it's broken, let it update, finally updated after like 2 hours, rebooted and now, when i just woke up, it just booted into windows and was still loading stuff very slowly.. Even in the bios it's acting slow..
It's fucking pathetic, how this Samsung piece of trash can't even outlast my SSD that i use way more... 
No fucking shit Samsung hardware for me, i'm done with that brand.

well, they don't sell any HDD's anymore, so you're fine on that front ^^
(just beware of seagate who bought them lol)
Had many samsung hdd's over the years (basically i had them exclusively lol) and never a break.
I doubt it makes really a difference which brand you buy, it just comes down to dumb (bad) luck lol.

Yeah but now i have no money to get a new one.. And i need the laptop to earn some extra money.. fucking shit..
Now it's not the debts but fucking hardware that keeps breaking and costing me money.. I'm getting fed up..
Well i guess it's my bad luck.. Remember the other 1TB hdd that broke, you guessed it, Samsung spinpoint F3.. Not even 3 years old..

Fuck me, there is no good alternative cheap SSD.. The Vertex 3 isn't available anymore..
My only option is the Samsung 840 EVO 120GB for €77,- .. But again a fucking Samsung product...
Anyone got alternative? Should i look into hybrid?
Edit: Seagate hybrid one uses Samsung 8GB flash chip -.-'

i wouldn't dismiss samsung, just because you had some random problems with their drives lol. Especially not when it comes to SSD.

Well all Samsung products that i have owned or people that i know that own them, always seems to suddenly break after warranty ends.. Just is fishy to me..
But i don't think i have a choice, that's the cheapest SSD (that is somewhat proper) for 120GB.
Fucking shit tho, this made me go into a little debt again, because without laptop, i can't earn some extra cash..
