To be honest I would love to play some Disgaea 5 here and there while doing other stuff on my pc without the need to have a second screen. Tempted to get this when it releases.

Naw, it was the the commercial product that plays Sony products on non-Sony platforms, but the judges ruled that since Bleem used no copyrighted code (HLE meant no BIOS or other proprietary Sony software) then it violated no laws and was legal. yes the upside for bleem was it didnt used any copyrighted code from sony (i.e. bios), thats the reason sony hasnt won the law suite. but still again: its questionable. what do you think would happen if someone somehow would be able to compile a new executable for some console exclusive titel like halo or uncharted? ofc based non his on work, only need to copy files from the original discs -> they would get fucked hard and dry in the butt by ms and sony

If this was something sony could easily do then why is the hacked remote play for android still working? I mean, sure it's free but still it means sony will probably sell less xperia phones because remote play is no longer limited to their mobile phones.
*shrugs* I have a second monitor which has a HDMI switch. I can swap between my PC, Wii U and PS3 in a second so this is kinda pointless to me. Streaming still doesn't work all that perfectly - there's always some hiccups, artifact issues and occasional stuttering not to mentioning the input lag which sucks for fast action games.

Keep on dreaming. Did you forget what Apple did with iTunes and iPods? Other mp3 players added iTunes support and Apple threatened to sue them as well even though it meant extra iTunes sales.
