Why? I truly enjoy listening to him. More often than not, his v-logs are largy chaotic, erratic even. In my opinion he's really skilled psychologist, though. Attaching significant amount of importance to one's spiritual life, somehow managing to blend oriental philosophies with western cold science together. I like such unconventional approaches.
Also, NLP at the moment is my favourite psychotherapeutic technique / self growth method (providing it can be called like that). Very positive, practice-oriented. Giving faith that life could really be changed into something more enjoyable, instead of just "existing" at effect of my family's dysfunctionality. I mean, seriously... Anxiety troubles me so severely I haven't left my house for like ... 4 years now? I don't know what to do anymore.
Fun fact: While I was reading some article regarding BPD where "help in achieving personal goals" was mentioned eventually, I was like "WTF? What does that even mean?" I don't even know who the fuck I am. (Hence my avatar.) How can I pursuit my own personal goals?
So anything that gives a bit of hope is really welcomed.
Besides, the guy looks like young Bruce Willis, speaks using a funny mix of Irish/Scottish accent, offers self-defense trainings in Malaysia... Seems kinda cool in general.
And most importantly, he suffered through childhood being a victim of narcissistic abuser. How could I not like him? How could I not take some advice from him?
