SUPER converter comes to mind. This monster is heavy as sin but it can convert practically anything to anything. http://www.afterdawn.com/software/audio_video/convert_video/super.cfm Darn, it says it's an adware nowadays.. I have the older build so no ads or anything. I try to dig for that version file. Maybe someone else has a better option.
