I bought a AOC 24" LED E2461FWH when it came on sale and after hearing good things from people who had previously bought it. I'm pretty damn disappointed with the screen tbh, but i'm really unsure if there is something i have done wrong. The screen seems hazy, like some filter and black is more or less grey. There is a lot of settings, and i have messed with most of them but there is always something that's wrong. BUT there is 1 setting which makes half the screen completely perfect. And just half the screen. It's called "DCB Demo" And i can't for the life of me figure out why that setting doesn't just cover the entire screen. Why does that produce perfect picture where the real "DCB" just becomes too colorful and bright.
Anyone own an AOC monitor who can shed some light on this?

Shit profiles. Set up a custom mode, your issue sounds like a bad gamma setting. That said, it's TN, so don't expect fantastic results

Should google for some calibrated settings and see how it is then, there is usually a world of difference between stock vs properly calibrated, even if it is a "crappy TN panel"
(120Hz fyr laif)
