So, my pc didnt recognize my new card and i couldnt even unistall my old drivers or install new. Restarted my pc and windows wanted to download some drivers, BUT my fucking keyboard crashed at the same time, and while i now finally have some decent resolution, i cant get past logon screen. Keyboard works fine in bios but shuts of once windows start loading
Edit: should mention windows tried installing 21 updates and failed. It said it was reverting changes, but who knows

Switching didnt work, and i dont have any ps/2 keyboard

Solved it. Started Windows with all my USB devices unplugged and plugged the keyboard in on my USB 3 when i was at the logon screen, and voila. Windows also detected my gfx card now!
