Was just sitting in front of my computer, not doing anything special, when all of a sudden all the muscles in my back started spasming. I started thinking "WTF", and then the spasm starts traveling up and down my back like a violin string vibrating:

Not very pleasant. Now I have the worst pain in my back no matter what I do, can't even get up to go to the bathroom without grinding my teeth in pain Crying or Very sad

Well, haven't smoked weed in a few months now, but I guess this is as good an excuse as any to start again. Hope it helps the pain =/

That sucks Tainted, but if you've never had these problems it shouldn't be anything serious, just a (very) annoying inflammation. Hopefully will go away soon-ish, tomorrow you'll probably be much better (if not, it's doctor time :<)

Oh and no more buttsecs for a while! xD

spending an enormous amount of time in the pc chair will do this to anyone. Especially if you dont sit correctly.

I spent ~14 hours a day in a PC chair. And my posture is probably horrible Sad I swear when this is over I'll begin every morning with back strengthening exercises. Please, just let the pain end Sad

Motrin, Nurofen, Advil powder 400-600mg (Ibuprofen) mixed with a glass of water will do the job. I had some very painful back pain episodes and my doc gave me Ibuprofen. It took the pain away. Smile

Hang from some bars or something high up that allows your feet to dangle free without touching floor I mean etc, hanging from your arms will pull all the vertebrae out into their correct positions. Its awesome feeling after you let the gravity stretch you out.

Did you have any spare morphine?

Wink

8 out of 10 dentists prefer zipfero to competing brands(fraich3 and Mutantius)!
