If you are german, you would/should know the meaning of this song. it is NOT a nazi/rac song. Quite the contrary. it is a statement AGAINST it.

it's not. Germans were ashamed for 50 years to be proud to be german. It's bands like the onkelz who listed that stigma.
There is nothing wrong with being proud to be something. As long as you don't think you are better than someone else. Something the onkelz never did or said or sang.
I must admit, I never liked their music. And most of the hardcore Onkelz Fans I knew or saw (in the 90ies) were most likely right-wing nationalistic derps. But I since none of them came over as very bright, they most likely mistook their favourite band for something it is not.
Still to me it sounds nationalistic. There is nothing to be proud of in a nation. Its a metaphysical construct. And saying that every nation has done some wrong things may be very true, still what the Germans did in the last century is not just "some dirt and broken glass".
We all should learn from that and see that there is nothing to be gained from a "proudness" in ones "nation". It doesnt mean you should dislike your nation, but "proud"? Come on, how stupid is that. What is there to be proud of? The german women (bearing german children )? The German beer? Everyone knows belgian beer is the best.

Parallel wurde auch die Trennung vom Label Rock-O-Rama beschlossen, da dieses immer mehr durch neonazistische Veröffentlichungen, beginnend ab dem Jahre 1984 mit Veröffentlichungen von Bands wie zum Beispiel Skrewdriver, Skullhead oder Brutal Attack, auffiel und die Onkelz darüber hinaus finanzielle Differenzen mit dem Label-Chef Herbert Egoldt hatten. Trotzdem musste die Band ihren Plattenvertrag über insgesamt drei Alben erfüllen und veröffentlichte 1985 noch Böse Menschen – Böse Lieder sowie Mexico, bevor sie sich von Rock-O-Rama trennen konnte.

no worries. I will NEVER attack someone for not liking something i do (or don't visa verse). Music is a 100% question of personal taste and thank (who?) people have different tastes.
btw, people think of me as anarchist and punk/skin or whatever, but iwhen it comes to music, i enjoy a WIDE varity of genres and styles. From drum and bass, to hip hop to rock to whatever.
i pity people who only listen to 1 genre (or force themselve into 1 only). So much wasted fun lol.
oh and just a reminder of what kinda music i used to make
we disovled that band 2 years ago tho. I'm currently forming a new one. Based a bit on oldschool (late 70s, early 80s) hardcore punk (with our personal touche of course).

1. most of their songs are about patriotism and love for one´s country, its especially funny how popular they are in germany, when they are actually a band from südtirol, which makes them pretty much italian and hence the way they portray themselves as germans in the media here quite suspicious. (with the question of südtirol belonging to either germany or italy being the reason italian and german neonazis can never be best friends )
2. they cover songs from other nazi bands like "Stahlgewitter"
3. their singer, Phillip Burger, used to be in the naziband "Kaiserjäger", but swears that it was just a phase and he completey changed his views...
