When i install game , Do i need to choose "program file (86)" or "program files" folder?

I don't think it matters honestly, I would just let it install into the default folder.

Try not to install in "Program Files" at all. Use separate folder (e.g. D:\Games or something) and keep your system partition as clean as possible.
Also, properly written programs and installers won't target "C:\Program Files" directly, they will ask Windows for the location of Program Files folder using appropriate system call. For 32-bit programs, 64-bit Windows will return "C:\Program Files (x86)" and for 64-bit programs, it will return "C:\Program Files".

yep especially for steam i just tend to move my apps folder out and give steam a nice delete (i know it aint needed but lately with the instability steam has from time to time sometimes a fresh install doesn't hurt) after that just moving the appfolder back and boom back to gaming ^^
