so... I want to extract a subtitle that's inside an .mkv file, to convert that single subtitle into a .srt file, so I can watch the movie on my TV (that only plays .srt subtitles).

Any ideas how to do this? was playing around with mkvmerge GUI, but somehow, I have no idea what i'm doing Razz

Any help will be appreciated!! Smile

I always did it with http://sourceforge.net/projects/mkvextractgui-2/

You will also need MKVtoolnix http://www.videohelp.com/tools/MKVtoolnix
