Hey guys, have a laptop over here with quadro 2000m and I would like to have a good performance and compatibility in 3D games so... which driver should I get? Smile

With the quadro drivers I have random slowdowns.

Bit of a longshot, but seeing as you've had no replies so far:

How about nvidia NGO drivers?

No idea if they support it, I've fiddled around with some of their drivers but didn't like the results that much with my 9600mGT, but saw other people that were pretty happy with their card's performance with these.

My uncle had a quadro for work reasons and disabling the 'Optimus' feature from the bios + setting the "Power management mode" to "Prefer maximum performance" (Nvidia CP) helped him a bit with the performance. He was using the Quadro ODE ones if I recall correctly. Razz

Thx will try both of that. Yesterday night dark souls froze just when I got poisoned and the save symbol flame appeared at the top left. I was all Shocked and pressing the buttons like an idiot and then the notebook powered down... I did not have the courage until today to see what happened to my savegame...
luckily Everything Went Better Than Expected

Actually... try ixi's solution first Laughing

Thinking about what's written in there, I think it was pretty much the case when I tried them. And even when I got the ones with the supposedly matching hardware ID of my 9600mGT the clocks where all over the place between 2D and 3D, that's 2D when the game was actually running in full screen Facepalm
